# Can I hold my account at another brokerage firm and still have it managed by Secfi?

## Unfortunately, no. We need your funds to held in our custodial accounts for us to manage your investments effectively.

In order for us to effectively manage your investments, we need your funds to be held in our custodial accounts. This arrangement allows us to execute trades on your behalf and ensure that our strategies are properly implemented. However, we can still provide consultation and advice regarding funds held in outside brokerage accounts, but you would be responsible for executing any actions related to those accounts.
