Chris Arnold, CFP
Senior Financial Planner and Advisor
Chris Arnold is a Lead Financial Planner at Secfi. As an equity compensation and financial planning expert, he helps startup employees navigate the complexities of their stock options and incorporates one’s stock into their holistic financial picture.
Prior to joining Secfi, Chris specialized in serving entrepreneurs and executives for their financial planning needs at one of the largest Registered Investment Advisors in the country. Chris enjoys simplifying the complexities of private company equity for startup employees so that they can enjoy the fruits of their hard work and feel confident with their financial future.
John Klingler
Senior Equity Strategist
John is an Equity Strategist at Secfi, working closely with individual clients and startup companies as they navigate the intersection of equity compensation and access to liquidity. His time at Secfi, as well as his first-hand experience with equity compensation and liquidity events, allows him to deeply understand and help clients navigate the complexities faced within private markets.
John has spent his career within the finance and financial technology industries, and he holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66.
John Morrison, CFA
Head of Portfolio Management
John Morrison is the Head of Portfolio Management at Secfi. Most recently he worked as a Senior Investment Strategist at Dimensional Fund Advisors where he previously served as an equity portfolio manager. At Dimensional John managed multi-billion dollar portfolios, helped launch new investment vehicles and strategies, created investment content, and educated clients and prospective clients on the firm's investment approach.
John also spent time at Goldman Sachs in credit risk management and at Bain & Company as a consultant. He's a CFA charterholder and graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
